How our service works
Send the collection address, the delivery address and a plain list. A photo of the pile helps. We say whether the van is big enough. If the list is really a full house, we will quote house removals instead of forcing it into a small vehicle.
The quote is written down and stays valid for 3 months. On the day we meet you at the first address, check the list against what is in the room, and load. At the other end we place items where you ask, within reason. We do not rebuild complex fitted furniture on a short job unless that was agreed.
You need to be there, or have someone there, with keys and a clear path. We cannot collect from an empty house with no access arranged.

The list comes first. Then the building: stairs, a flat with no lift, or a cottage door that needs a piece turned on its side. Parking that sits far from the door adds a carry. The miles between the two addresses matter, and so does any extra stop.
