Henbury is a small village on the west side of Macclesfield, past Broken Cross and before the road runs on towards Chelford. It is not an estate. Houses sit near the church and along lanes, some close to Chelford Road, some set back behind hedges. Whirley Primary, back towards Broken Cross, is the nearby school many families look at, and you should check admissions with the school and Cheshire East rather than assume a place. West Park is the town park if you want a playground. The station and hospital are in Macclesfield. Bins and council tax start with Cheshire East as soon as you have the completion date.
